Shipping policy

Thanks for shopping with SockNest! Here's what to expect after you place an order.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another with tracking information once it ships.

Delivery time
Our socks ship from partner warehouses overseas. Most orders arrive in Canada within 7–15 business days after shipping. Delivery can take longer during holidays, peak seasons, or because of carrier or customs delays.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number, sent by email once your order ships. Tracking updates can take a few days to appear.

Customs and duties
Because orders ship internationally, customs fees may apply in rare cases. Any such fees are the customer's responsibility.

Late or lost packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can't guarantee changes once an order has shipped.
